Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Huhua. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to use it only in a lawful manner and within the product boundaries currently offered, including local photo import, visual editing, sticker overlay, artwork saving, and local content management.

You are responsible for the photos, notes, and other content you choose to import, edit, save, or hide in the app.

Local use is central

Huhua is structured around an on-device workflow rather than a built-in public social publishing feed.

Use must be lawful

You may not use the app to store, edit, or manage content in violation of law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Huhua, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You may use Huhua only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, Huhua grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, lawful use on devices you control.

  • This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the app or its underlying code, design, or built-in resources.
  • The app name, interface, bundled assets, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Service Description

The current version of Huhua provides a local creative workflow that may include importing photos from your device, applying tone adjustments, adding stickers, saving artwork, reviewing saved works, marking favorites, and placing items into a hidden vault style list.

Huhua is not presented in the reviewed version as a public social network, a guaranteed cloud backup service, or a permanent archive solution.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all photos, text, notes, and other content you import, edit, save, export, or manage using the app.
  • You represent that you have the right to use that content and that your use does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether to save, delete, hide, or back up your work.
  • You should avoid storing unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material through the app.

6. Restricted Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Huhua in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Use the app to process or manage content that is defamatory, obscene, exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the app or related platform services.
  • Misrepresent your relationship to Huhua or imply endorsement where none exists.

7. Local Data, Deletion, and Backup

Huhua relies substantially on local device storage for saved works and related records. You understand and agree that:

  • Deleting saved items may permanently remove them from the app.
  • Deleting the app, resetting your device, or clearing app data may remove your saved content.
  • You are responsible for creating your own backups if you want long-term preservation.

8. Purchases and Platform Terms

If Huhua offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features now or in the future, those transactions may be processed by Apple or another authorized platform provider under that provider's own billing terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for your own content and rights expressly granted under these Terms, all rights, title, and interest in and to Huhua remain with the app owner or applicable rights holders.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Huhua is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every creative, legal, technical, or archival use case.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huhua and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or device access arising from or related to your use of the app.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the app or any feature if required by law, platform policy, security needs, or if use of the app violates these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Huhua after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
