1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Huhua mobile application and the features currently available in the app, including photo import, image adjustments, sticker overlay, local artwork saving, favorites, hidden vault records, and settings pages that display local documentation.
This policy is written for the current app behavior reflected by the project: local image handling, local storage,
and no built-in public social feed or mandatory user account flow.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the app, Huhua may process the following categories of information:
- Photos and images you intentionally import from your device photo library for editing.
- Generated previews and saved artwork files created when you save edited work in the app.
- Artwork metadata such as titles, notes, creation dates, source type, and applied editing recipe settings.
- Local state records such as favorite status, hidden or vault status, and folder or tag labels associated with saved works.
- Edit history snapshots used to support recent local editing context and undo-style workflow presentation.
- Permissions decisions granted or denied through iOS, such as photo library access.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above only to operate and improve the app experience you request inside Huhua.
- To load photos you select and render editing previews.
- To save finished artworks and reopen them for continued editing.
- To label, sort, favorite, hide, or remove works inside the app interface.
- To restore recent editing state and present local workflow continuity.
- To respect system permissions and determine whether photo import features can be used.
4. Local Storage and Retention
Based on the current application structure, saved artworks and related image files are stored inside the app's local container on your device, and certain structured records are stored in local app preferences.
- Saved artwork image files may be stored in the app's local documents directory.
- Artwork records, favorites, hidden status, vault items, and edit snapshots may be stored as local app data.
- Retention generally lasts until you delete items, clear the app, remove the app, or otherwise erase device data.
- If your device backup settings include app data, your operating system or Apple services may back up some local app data according to your own device configuration.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
Huhua is not structured in the reviewed version as a public content feed or social publishing service. We do not describe the core editing workflow as requiring your imported photos to be uploaded to a public platform in order to use the main app features.
- If Apple provides app distribution, payment, subscription, backup, crash, or system-level privacy controls, Apple may process information under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
- If future versions add online services, account systems, cloud sync, or third-party analytics, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those practices are relied upon.
6. Permissions
Huhua may request access to your photo library so that you can choose images to edit. If you deny that access, import-related features may not function.
- You can change permissions later in your iOS settings.
- You remain in control of which photos are selected for editing.
7. Your Choices and Controls
- Delete saved artworks inside the app if you no longer want them stored locally.
- Manage favorites and hidden items from the app interface.
- Revoke photo library permission through the system settings app.
- Delete the app or clear device data if you want to remove locally stored app content more broadly.
Because Huhua is designed around local storage, deleting files or removing the app may permanently remove saved works unless you keep your own backup.
8. Children's Privacy
Huhua is not intended for use in violation of applicable child privacy laws. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should supervise device permissions, imported content, and local storage practices.
9. Security
We aim to keep the app's local storage behavior limited to the functionality required for editing and artwork management. However, no device, storage method, or operating system environment can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal obligations, or operational updates. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
